As part of our involvement with the Great Southern Homelessness Forum, Shalom Inc. was able to coordinate some necessary training for community and health services workers on working with clients using drugs and alcohol, specifically Methamphetamines. Along with Palmerston (Albany) and the Drug and Alcohol Office (Government of Western Australia), Shalom Inc. were able to facilitate this two day training course (30/6-1/7) for over 40 individuals. Attendees reported it was very worthwhile!
