In our commitment to improving care we continue to work closely with numerous services within the local community. As part of this commitment we are heavily involved with supporting the Albany Community Relief Agencies (ACRA) network and bi-monthly meetings and the Great Southern Homelessness Forums (GSHF). Recently we have also established an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Regional Counselling and Mentoring Services (RCMS). This ensures no overlap of services and a streamlined referral processes for both our clients. RCMS provides counselling and case management services for many of Shalom Inc. clients. They have been (and I’m sure will continue to be) an important partner in our provision of care to the homeless and those at risk
